Paul D. Van Hoy II resides in Rochester, NY where he received his MFA in Fine Art Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2007 Paul received worldwide recognition as Microsoft's Pro Photographer for 2007. Also, in 2007 Creative Quarterly Magazine recognized Paul as their 'Photographer of the Year'. American Photo Magazine recently profiled Paul's MFA thesis series 'Bystander'. Paul's work has been widely published in many other photographic magazines, including: After Capture, PDN, Digital Photo Pro, CMYK, Photographer's Forum, Professional Photographer, American Photo, Camera Arts, and Creative Quarterly.

Elizabeth and Eric, from the moment I first met with you both and you were so adamant about having me document your wedding, I knew that we were a perfect match and shared the same enthusiasm and passion for great wedding photography. I’m so happy I was able to document your wedding and capture so many wonderful moments. Liz, your sisters were a lot of fun and kept things lively from beginning to end. I hope that if any of them marry in the near future, they’ll bring me back for an encore. I’d love to spend more time with your families again :)
